Notes: Real invoice applied Jul 28, 2026 (order #HU3Z7CXT7H, pro forma, not yet shipped - shipping charge $158.40 and freight multiplier 24.22% are real, but this order hasn't shipped so the final charge could still shift; treat as confirmed-enough for landed cost, re-verify if the actual charge differs once it ships). No Faire credit applied this order. Freight multiplier excludes the two Faire promo discounts (-$65.40, -$32.70) from the base, same convention as the existing Faire-credit precedent below - discounts are a payment offset, not netted into landed cost. Reorder lines keep their established sell prices with updated landed cost; the 7 new items (Squeakin' Vegetables, Sea Creatures 3-pack, and the 5 Yappy Birthday toys) have real landed cost now but no sell price set yet - that's a pricing decision, not done in this pass. Order Retail Value totals only the 6 already-priced reorder lines.

Notes: First order of this Boozy Tailz / Yappy Birthday toy line — priced to match the Boozy Tailz line's existing $11.99 shelf price rather than the 2× landed-cost formula (which would have suggested $9.99–$10.99). *Unit Cost reflects list WSP; a 15% line discount applied to all items except Birthday Donut, so Landed ea is calculated off the actual discounted invoice price, not list WSP. Last USPS scan July 5, 2026 — package mis-shipped, never delivered. Officially reported missing to Faire July 15, 2026. Faire (Rachel, Support) followed up July 17, 2026 asking Chris to confirm the order never arrived; Chris confirmed same day (mis-shipped per USPS, never received), formally requested a reship (not a credit), and offered that if the original mis-shipped package ever does surface, HDB would tell Hugsmart and cover return shipping itself rather than have it shipped back and forth at Hawaii rates. The original mis-shipped package physically arrived July 22, 2026 — caught via a USPS status update check. Reship subsequently cancelled (only the original shipment is coming, no duplicate). Faire and Hugsmart are already aware per the standing arrangement above, nothing further needed on HDB's end. No Order Retail Value line yet; will add once the arrived stock is priced and shelved.

Notes: Faire credit ($7.02) applied as payment offset, not deducted from goods subtotal. Shipping confirmed at $82.34 — matched pro forma estimate exactly. Beach Sign had a $4.50 line discount; effective unit price $4.25. Soup Dumplings price updated from $19.99 → $21.99.
